Participant overview

Where is the participant overview located?

In the administration interface under Campus Events(Backend) > Events > Participant overview.

What is the participant overview for?

The cross-event participant overview is a tabular list of all participants with the information e-mail, user and internal note. This overview makes it possible to see which events a participant has booked a ticket for and to create and maintain a cross-client internal note.

How can I edit and display the "Internal note"?

If an internal note already exists for an entry, the clickable text "Internal note" is displayed. Click on it to display or edit this note.

If there is no internal note yet, an icon with a pencil is displayed when hovering over the entry/line with the mouse. Click on it to open a popover/pop-up menu containing a free text input field. After editing, click on the blue button with the tick to save the changes or on the grey button with a cross to discard the changes.

The internal notes are visible to all clients.

By e-mail, event and user.

Event tickets

At which events has a participant booked tickets?

In the attendee overview, click on Show in the corresponding entry in the Actions column, then click on Attendees in the navigation bar at the top (marked by a red rectangle in the screenshot below). This opens a list of all event tickets assigned to the person.
