Manage moderator services

In this area, service and billing data for moderators of an event can be maintained. The information serves as the basis for subsequent invoicing.

Performance/billing data

Billing mode

Determines how the moderator's service is billed:

• Fee contract: Fixed total amount regardless of the hours worked
• Invoice: Billing is based on the actual hours worked (hourly rate)

Hours worked: Number of hours already worked by the moderator. Used in particular when billing by the hour.

Hours to be worked: Planned or agreed hours performed by the moderator.

Hourly rate: Remuneration per hour in euros (€) (relevant for billing in invoice mode).

Fixed fee: Total amount in euros (€), which is paid regardless of the number of hours (used for fee contracts).

VAT: Indicates whether VAT is applied to the service.

• Yes: VAT is charged - percentage can be specified (e.g. 19%)
• No: No VAT is shown

Notes

The combination of billing mode and the values entered determines the subsequent billing logic. VAT is automatically included in the invoice when activated.
