Overview of approvals
What are approvals?
For a saved event, approvals for existing event lists and filter categories that are maintained by another client can be requested via the event form. The function only becomes active once an event has been saved/created.
How can I manage approval requests?
An admin can manage incoming approval requests under Campus Events(Backend) > Events > Approvals, both for event lists and filter categories. An admin needs the user group Events > Approvals manager to decide on approvals.
Which user groups are available for event details?
Events > Approval administrator Authorises the user to decide on approvals.
