Email templates in Campus Events
Email templates in Campus Events are predefined message templates that can use placeholder elements and thus enable consistent, customised and automated communication.
Each email template is predefined system-wide by default. There are multi-client and cross-client templates. Multi-client e-mail templates can be customised individually for each area.
Placeholders & topics
If the "Placeholder" option is available in the header area of an editor, placeholders can be selected in the dropdown and integrated into the content. The placeholders are grouped into different subject areas.

| User | Information from the stored user account |

| Participants | Information from the participant data entered |
| Ticket | Information about the ticket(s) |
