Manage circular mails in Campus Events
This is the area for managing all circulars.
In the overview, the following columns provide all relevant information on the circular mails at a glance:
| Title | Description |
|---|---|
| Created | Sending time of the circular mail. |
| Sender | The person responsible for sending the circular mail. |
| Subject (template) | Subject of the circular mail. If a template is used for the circular mail, the subject is derived from the name of the template. However, this can be customised before the circular mail is sent. |
| Event | The associated event. |
| Send status | If there are a large number of recipients, the emails are sent one by one to reduce the load on the mail server. It can therefore take several minutes for the e-mail to be sent to all recipients. |
| Client | Specification of the assigned client. Only the specified client can see the corresponding data record. If no client is specified, all backend admins can see the circular mail data record. |
| Actions > Show | View more comprehensive details of a circular mail. This includes general information and the recipient list. |
| Actions > Delete | Permanently delete the corresponding circular mail. |
| Actions > To event | Open the participant administration of the corresponding event. |
Anonymise all recipients (GDPR)
As part of the data protection of personal data, you can delete the data of all (potential) recipients of a circular mail.
Caution
Consequences of anonymisation:
- Attention: This step cannot be undone!
- No Campus Events administrator can view recipient data.
- If emails have been sent to recipients, they will be automatically deleted after 365 days (system setting).
To anonymise the personal data of all (potential) recipients of a circular email, click on Anonymise recipients in the Actions column for the relevant circular email and confirm if necessary.
