Manage event tickets
The cross-event ticket overview is a client-specific, tabular list of all event tickets, showing the relevant participant details, ticket information, booking status and an internal note. If no internal note exists yet, an icon showing a pen will appear when you hover the mouse over the entry/row. Click on this to open a pop-up containing a free-text input field. Once you have finished editing, click the blue button with the tick to save the changes, or the grey button with a cross to discard them. The internal note can be viewed and edited at a later date.
In the Actions section, you can use the ‘Edit’ option to manage participants’ ‘(Total) Attended’ and ‘(Total) Passed’ statuses. The “Anonymise” action can be used to anonymise a participant (GDPR). In the list view, it is also possible to cancel event tickets. The “Attendances” action allows you to navigate to the relevant participant. This opens a participant-specific list of all event tickets for all of the participant’s events. This view is identical to the view in the Participant Overview > Display > Attendances section. In the Actions section, you can use the ‘Edit’ option to manage the participant’s ‘(Total) Attended’ and ‘(Total) Passed’ statuses and to anonymise the participant (GDPR). It is also possible to cancel event tickets in the list view.
Frontend: In the user’s “Event Tickets” overview under ‘My Profile’, there is a ‘Resend invitation’ button, which is only displayed if the invitation can actually be resent (e.g. not for tickets that have already been confirmed or cancelled, and only if the event is still at least one day in the future).
Note: When the invitation is resent, its validity period is recalculated – it is limited to a maximum of one day before the start of the event.
